Bel et Vieux means nice and old in French. I feel this is a great name for my shop. I sell vintage clothing and accessories, including shoes & jewelry for children as well as adults. I make handmade clothing and bags for adults and children often using vintage materials. Other items I feature include vintage books, vintage sewing supplies, vintage personal items, antique dishes, vintage sewing patterns, new sewing patterns, items dealing with knitting/crochet/needlework, shabby chic or French flea market decor items, Farmgirl inspired items and decor. Non-Vintage Designer Pieces

Sometimes I come across really cool designer pieces that aren’t vintage and therefor I can’t list them on Etsy. From time to time I will list such pieces here on this page of the blog with descriptions and photos. Pale pink/peach and white striped skirt with two front pockets and button closure back. Nine white buttons down the back, white waist band.Looks like the design was inspired by a man’s shirt.
