Sewing

I love to sew and I do it all the time. Many times I use already existing garments or linens and completly revamp them to be a new piece all its own. I love vintage clothing and style and I collect vintage patterns. Many times I use these vintage patterns in conjunction with vintage fabrics, trims, zippers, buttons, etc to make new “made from vintage” garments. I sew mostly for women and children, but once in a while I throw in some costuming, a little bit of menswear or some items for the house. When something turns out well I try to make a post about it on the blog. Below you’ll find a visual listing of my sewing & upcycling projects. Projects from other blogs that we featured on our site are listed via text links at the bottom of the page.
